The doctors provided us available schedules one to one and half month in advance which you will then able to schedule 15 minute appointments. The booking process is intuitive and we provide user guides and on line trainings.
We are currently updating the experience to indicate when the doctors next available appointment is on line. This will be shown at the doctors name point so help in the search process.
We also look forward to building the depth of doctors by specialties as we grow. Don’t always expect availability of doctors in each category. We are rapidly growing our doctor list.
In any doctor now, you will be placed in a que for doctor availability, Doctors will aim to select patients that are a reasonable distance from them!
Whether a chronic illness, preconditions, pre post hospitalization, aged care, children, or a longer term illness, schedule a call to your doctors who care about you and supports you with your personal health planning. Our tools provide your doctors good medical information and history at their finger tips, possibly some connected vitals and most important your doctor understands you.
And by the way, company programs also typically look to a small group of pool doctors to support employees and their possibly families - where medical history remains confidential and comfort of fast efficient access to care.
Then maybe your doctor, or a referral or specialist consult maybe best overseen through telemedicine.
Our platform seeks to support you when you need it. Though our help desk centre operates between 8am to 8pm desk Monday to Saturday, the doctors schedules and availability are often going outside these times. With a call back system you just need to log a request through our app or web page and you will receive notification when the doctor has accepted and ready to make the consultation with your medical record at his or her side! Remember- if you feel it is more serious- please see the doctor or visit emergency.
Note - some insurance and company programs maybe in place. If associated with our platform, we will work to get this part of your journey set up early!
